We employ gentle and slow method to our bake goods and foods. This process maximizes nutrients extraction, aids digestion, and deepens flavors and aromas. Our Coffees are Organic and Fair Trade certified; freshly roasted in small batches by our local roaster here in Shreveport, La. We offer a wide variety of teas from all over the globe including domestically grown teas from South Carolina. Our sandwiches and soups are regionally and internationally inspired.
